Day 52 - Achy, breaky exercise

A-G-O-N-Y!  Every muscle aches since the Kettlercise workout - and I'm suffering.  But that's good, right?!  It's got to be working??  
The most painful thing is trying to sit down - a pitiful sight accompanied by quite a lot of whimpering.  It must have been all those squats and lunges......The term 'tight arse' has just taken on a whole new meaning.
